When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Malaysia in 2020, a lot of people were losing their jobs or were not able to go to work.
We noticed the demand for necessary and essential services such as the medical and food industry surged during this time.
During this period, technology and digitalisation had the most positive impact on businesses and in Malaysia particularly, we noticed a surge in online businesses - many with brilliant ideas.
Significant effects were seen in Malaysia in various industries, mainly property, retail and hospitality & tourism - the general economic ecosystem was threatened.

We researched and history tells us that there is a possibility of an economic prosperity post-pandemic (i.e. the Roaring 20s) and we can expect a major shift of wealth.
Our survey of 100 respondents from various business backgrounds and professions in Malaysia presented with an investee demand for adapting business resiliency, assessing resources for business recovery and re-designing business premises.
Investors’ demand circled around guidance for venturing into new markets and establishing new partnerships.
This was enough to convince our Partners about promoting the non-traditional and emerging 'Angel Investment' market to Malaysians.
